Enclosure Solution

As enclosure solutions, we have the following:

Option 1 - Buying

Buying an enclosure is the easiest option. There are good quality injection molded enclosures that you can buy. though, finding the right size is important but sometimes tricky to achieve when the battery and the enclosure are not from the same seller. There are DIY options in case you need something very specific.

Option 2 - 3D Printing

I personally design and 3D print my enclosures. It lets me decide exactly how it fits and looks instead of premade or dull looking enclosures. I use SolidWorks for most of my enclosure designs.

Since not everyone has access to a 3D printer, premade enclosure are the ideal option.

Other Rare Options

Injection molding is another option because it give sturdier parts, it is more limited from average people, but you  can submit "injection mold jobs" to a company that does it. This process might be on the pricy side because it involves industrial grade machinery. Most of the time, the option is only worthy if you are planning on mass production. A CNC mold is made out of metal (Costly process depending on the scale and 3D model's shape), then used to press and inject melted plastic, cooled and released.
